You must be joking. You don’t seem very used to losing or being on the receiving end of a referee making a call based on the laws of the game.

Nine talking points from Wallabies vs All Blacks

I can definitely see what you mean there Phantom but although it may look like a cheap shot which I can agree it does, I genuinely don’t think KB does it for with sinister intent. I think because he could see what Goodhue was going to do (re: the stab through) he was pulling out of the tackle. Most players who have gotten into a position like KB was would’ve committed to the hit but he doesn’t seeing as he knows where the ball is going. That’s why I think this happens and this isn’t the first time. I just think he tries to back out of the contact but it ends up looking nasty?

Fair enough Neil, you raise a good point but I must say he wasn’t given an option other than to leave for overseas seeing he got his contract torn up. With Australia closing the door on him, where else was he meant to go? The money was just an added bonus besides the fact he could stay employed as a footy player. It is more telling he wants to come back. Could’ve easily stayed away overseas but is choosing to come back.

James O'Connor: Faulty product to industry standard

You’re probably right, he doesn’t have sports administration on his cv, but then again Cameron Clyne was a banker. Not likely to have sports administration on his cv either yet he’s running the whole show, and poorly at that.

Twiggy: The hero we need but not the one RA deserves

I can agree with you”re narrative but I’d like to point out that at the dying hours, Forrest pledged $50million or however much (a significant amount) to RA, yet they declined. I’d wager he found it difficult trying to liaise with RA up until that point and so it was easier to take it when it was cut. Also, whether it was 2 years too late or not, RA turned the money down which is asinine to me suggesting they were already set in their ways re: cutting the force.

Good as gold mate, sorry for the mistake on my behalf.

Cheers.

Nothing to do with the Waratahs. Moore Park is where RA headquarters are

I wouldn’t say I’m a fan of Forrest, but I would say I’m a frustrated union fan. Sure his financial success most likely was helped along by luck and with plenty of economic hurdles in the way, but now that he’s ‘made it’ would he not be a financial asset to help us out of this rut?

Regarding his personal gain being put on the backburner, of course up until now it hasn’t been otherwise he wouldn’t have become a billionaire. But again, now that he has a massive amount of wealth, he could’ve just left rugby to its own devices and continued his life. However he stepped in to save the force, I’d suggest that is him putting his personal gain to the back of the queue.
