This is Wallatah rugby at its best! NSW coach, NSW captain, NSW unofficial spokesperson (AAC) who was previously anonymous until he and his Mum got what they wanted! Who could want more, the solution must be more Waratahs and more arrogance! There can never be too much of either and it’s a case of buy one get one free!
To improve the Wallabies, Cheika first needs to beat them
No no no no no Scott. Didn’t you know that the Tahs won the S15 flag? Therefore, any problems must be the fault of non-Tahs and the solution is the draft more Tahs into the starting team….
Bad to worse for Cheika's Wallabies
The Wallatahs will be thumped in each remaining test match
SPIRO: 10 out of 10 for Wallabies against Wales
Up until late 1915 (I think) the Australian army would only recruit 6ft and over for infantry.
The tall men in the Australian gene pool were shot to bits in WW1.
No. I’m not kidding. It had an effect on the gene pool in Australia.
SPIRO: Cheika's Wallabies won't be Pulverised
You can hear the sucking sound coming from Crow’s Nest in London
Cheika a ray of sunlight after Australian rugby's false dawn
Scott is a good honest bloke
He’d definitely have some interesting insights
SPIRO: It's time for Wallabies to walk the talk on the field
Beale didn’t but his grubby management team have been busy stabbing Mckenzie and Patston in the back since Beale’s 11th misconduct incident
SPIRO: It's time for Wallabies to walk the talk on the field
You are claiming conspiracy. You’re claiming that Beale was unfairly picked on by an unqualified bully that Mckenzie was boofing.
SPIRO: It's time for Wallabies to walk the talk on the field
All red herrings. No matter what the answer is to those questions, Beale had no right to behave toward her as he did.
SPIRO: It's time for Wallabies to walk the talk on the field
And what were her version of events?
SPIRO: It's time for Wallabies to walk the talk on the field
“And Richard Graham will be coach of the Wallabies.”
For the record: over my dead body
SPIRO: It's time for Wallabies to walk the talk on the field
Despite the ample verbal bumgravy quoted, I cannot see how it materially changes the meaning of the quote I provided. The Tahs have interfered in the disciplinary process and that is undeniable
SPIRO: It's time for Wallabies to walk the talk on the field
I don’t mind Hodgson being captain at all – in fact I think he should be captain over Hooper. I was responding to the jaw dropping statement that by the author that Horwill should be punished for not towing the party line with respect to Beale. It read like a politburo edict.
SPIRO: It's time for Wallabies to walk the talk on the field
“First, Horwill was most supportive of McKenzie when the controversy over Di Patston erupted and he needs to understand that there is a new coaching regime in place with the Wallabies, one that actually supports Beale in his dispute with Di Patston.”
Well at least you admit that morality has nothing to do with it.
I, for one, welcome our new Waratah overlords…
SPIRO: It's time for Wallabies to walk the talk on the field
“They can’t terminate his contract. The contract is a dual contract between the ARU and the Waratahs, so to terminate his contract requires both parties to agree to it,” [Tah Chairman] Davis said.
Not Wayne Smith’s words, straight from the horse’s mouth. The ARU wanted to get rid of Beale. The Tahs blocked it. No matter which way you spin it, the Tahs stopped justice being served and the end result was the resignation of a talented coach.
SPIRO: It's time for Wallabies to walk the talk on the field
All you need to know about how and why McKenzie and Patston were sacrificed. It was all about keeping Beale at the Tahs and getting their man, Cheika, in the top job. From the horse’s mouth:
“They can’t terminate his contract. The contract is a dual contract between the ARU and the Waratahs, so to terminate his contract requires both parties to agree to it,” [Waratahs Chairman] Davis said (The Australian, 30/10/14)
Apperances can be deceiving: the Beale saga from start to finish
What a load of BS. It’s not about state v state, it’s about a clique that is destroying Australian rugby that happens to be full of Tahs. You’ve just got what you want, through a knifing that Brutus would’ve been proud of, so you “want to move on”. How convenient.

McKenzie wasn’t a hooker
Dropping Genia in favour of Phipps is just crazy.
SPIRO: The front five for the week
Glad to be wrong but they were lucky to get away with that
