😊 all us Bunnies fans “”told you so” Seibs was nothing special, he took over a very experienced Bunnies side that was decimated and ill coached by Madge. Seibs didn’t do any miracles he just brought the Bunnies up to date and coached them appropriately, which all the Bunnies fans wanted! Its ironic how karma works, as what the Broncs did to Bennett was wrong and should have been more amicable, especially what Bennett did at the Broncs.

The Broncos have slumped to a 15-year low after six losses in a row

Yes but hes got plenty of experience and hes played plenty of games, you would think that a mistake like that or a hot headed snap would be made by a rookie..

The NRL benchmark hasn't changed in 2020

Great nail biting game congratulations to the Storm, I thought that they would lose (good to see the Storm win, I tipped them off course) but, all I can say is ‘friend aint no chooks friend” what a dumb thing to do right in front of the posts!

The NRL benchmark hasn't changed in 2020

My pick: Storm, Raiders, Eels, Titans, Warriors, Panthers, Knights and of course the Rabbitohs for Crispy and TB who must be scratching their head (like I am) and are still hanging out as its very surprising why the Bulldogs are going so bad in comparison to last year? I would have thought that 2020 would be a much better year than last year for the Dogs.

The Roar’s NRL expert tips and predictions: Round 8

😊 its more like Dog Culling season crispy! The Bunnies are going to smash the Dogs (hope so?) as and by their abysmal performnce(s) the Bunnies are shockers and anything is on the cards!

"Seibold has 12 players with Origin or Test experience": Benny blasts bumbling Broncos

ja ja klazo and Nat lol yes I do agree but, we don’t care, whatever Wayno does at the Bunnies is better than whatever Seibs is doing at the Broncs! It’s not perfect that is for sure but this year we will finish much higher up than the Broncs (just like last year) and in 2021 the Bunnies will be right up there. I’ve given up this year they are a bottom 8 side or maybe “????” they will make the 8, let’s see because it’s not looking good with LM’s topsy turvy form and allot of the others that are playing like 6 year olds week in and week out! That last game against the Panthers was a shocker and I really just couldn’t believe what I was seeing and watching, not that he other games wont the same, the Bunnies are going from really average to a complete and utter shocking mess, lets see how they pan out???

"Seibold has 12 players with Origin or Test experience": Benny blasts bumbling Broncos

😊 😊 😊 typical, this is a beauty ““Seibold has 12 players with Origin or Test experience” this is typical of the ‘I told you so’ and Bennett is loving this! This is an absolute comedy as I’m sure Wayno is loving it like we all are, especially all us Bunnies fans! And this “The 70-year-old was livid after Broncos chairman Karl Morris on Sunday effectively blamed Bennett for the problems his successor Anthony Seibold” of course he is, its very similar to what Trump is going through, blame Trump for everything. We are right behind you Wayno and you give it to them lol

"Seibold has 12 players with Origin or Test experience": Benny blasts bumbling Broncos

Yep, fully agree HY, the Broncs just thought that Seibs is as good as Bellyache seeing that he flumed 1 year with the Bunnies, who were a very experienced side and not young whippersnappers like the Broncs were and are. Getting rid of Wayne was their number one priority and they went to any measure to achieve that including doing the dirty on the Bunnies. If the Broncs did what they did to Wayne imagine what they will do Seibs? Get ready for an overnight sacking and/or a new coach turning up next week!

Seibold is done, and the board needs to explain

The Bunnies couldn’t beat their way out of a paper bag, their performances have been very average and their discipline has been even worse. The Panthers if they are premiership contenders?Should have beaten the Bunnies by at least 35+ considering the possetion they had!

Penrith's junior brigade finally hit the big time as premiership push beckons

Fully agree Scott, the Knights at the end of round 6 in 2019 were on 2 points with 1 wins 5 losses (82 for and 118 against) ended up 11th in 2018 at the end of round 6 they were on 6 points with 3 wins 3 losses (98 for 164 against) ended up 11th, thats what the record says lol this year they look much better and will make the 8 for sure and even the top 4, lets see what happens?

The Broncs on the other hand, are no benchmark as in 2019 after round 6 the Broncs were on 2 points 1 win 5 losses and 107 for and 141 against and just made the 8 (25 points) by 1 point and in 2018 (end of round 6) were on 6 points 3 wins and 3 losses with 96 for and 120 against and were 6th (32 points) at the end of the season, when WayneB coached them and not “wink, wink>nudge, nudge” coached them lol

Kalyn Ponga will be worth every cent as Newcastle returns to NRL relevance

I fully agree but, the most alarming and worrying thing today is that “sport is being intermigled with politcs and race” which is the biggest and most alarming thing in RL! I’ve been a Bunnies supporter since and for over 60 years (since I was a kid, I’m in my late 60’s) and never ever was theree so much racisum and divisions in RL and especially with the Bunnies!
I dont give a stuff what Walker and Mitchell’s race and/or politics is but, I do give a stuff when they are continually bringing it into the NRL and cause problems and division(s). The Bunnies have been a side that has had an imense history with chmapion and legend(s) of indigenous players which balck/white/yellow or green supporters never ever gave a stuff about “we always cheered, admired and respected them” but, never ever have there been a group like today that are splitting the Bunnies fan base up and the Bunnies die hard support base like Walker especially is, Mitchell is only new, so lets see what pans out? I’m very dissapointed and I’m really at a turning point in my support if this continues on.

The sports media must promote inclusivity

Noel Kelly was a legend both on the field and off, a real dinky die Aussie and a great man! RIP Noel Kelly as he will be greatly missed and thanks for all the memories and the great banter that you have provided to our game Noel Kelly! Its a very sad day.

Rugby league legend Noel Kelly passes away

Yes fully agree, our forwards are not much chop especially putting that Nicholls on, well he always drops the ball and last week he was a shocker dropping the ball when were on the 10m and had 6 more on the first tackle but, there is more there within the forwards and we need another SammyB. Lets see what happens?

Wayne Bennett gives James Roberts another week to get to fitness

Yep that’s a good thing with the jet, fully agree with Bennett. We need the jet in the centres as there have been some shockers out there in the last few games and since the break. I would try Goodwin also as Burns has been very ordinary!

Wayne Bennett gives James Roberts another week to get to fitness

Yep Scott, I fully agree about the Dragons but, I’m beginning to get the Dragons fans drift as its not much better here at the Bunnies. Very disappointing performance(s) so far this year and last week I just had to turn the TV off as it was like watching an U6’s game!

The Roar’s NRL expert tips and predictions: Round 5

😊 😊 😊 😊 good one!

How much pressure is Anthony Seibold under?

Thanks “Picket” 😊 😊 😊 yeah the Pappy hasn’t been around even pre covid-19 and for a while ‘We Miss Yah Pappy”!!! 😢 😢 😢 where are you???

The Roar’s NRL expert tips and predictions: Round 3

Thanks crispy, glad to be back with the footy and my magnificent Bunnies! 😊

The Roar’s NRL expert tips and predictions: Round 3

😊 😊 😊 nothing has changed “Roosters too strong for Souths with Teddy showing Latrell how to play FB” I love it, when my Bunnies are the underdogs, lets see how the usual Chooks v Bunnies vitriol pans out? As the Bunnies will be back and stronger than ever. Latrell might not be the FB that Teddy is but, he’s not our be all and end all FB, as was proven in the other games this year. My tips are, Broncos, Cowboys, Bunnies by 12+, Warriors, Tigers, Raiders, Knights and Manly. Go You Bunnies!!!

The Roar’s NRL expert tips and predictions: Round 3

HY that’s a “Classic” 😂 😂 😂 😂 as most of us are in the same boat.

Missed it by that much: clubs that have missed their chance

“Footy Fan” what’s does one thing have to do with the other? Gould (and Freddy) have always had a go at the Bunnies “win or lose” but and I bet you, that when LM and the Bunnies will go well, they will sill have something to whinge and complain about! That is Gould’s form and that is why as a commentator his commentary and criticisms will be flawed! As far as the Bunnies are concerned, they did have ‘a shocker’ I admit it and I also admit that if they continue and keep going the way that they are, they are no chance of doing anything in 2020! I’ve always called a ‘spade a spade’ mate!

Latrell Mitchell may return to centres

IMO, the reason why Staggs scored his hat trick was because of pure and utter lackadaisical defence and efforts by the Bunnies, which Staggs had heaps of! This was very apparent especially when Mitchell was nowhere to be seen at FB with Staggs tries, this is what really infuriates and worries me in 2020 with the Bunnies!

For me AJ has to be played at FB as LM is no FB and LM has to be put in at centres (and if he doesn’t cut it there, then drop him) as we have plenty of other options, e.g. a FB by the name of Edene Gebbie, who hopefully will get a go in 2020, as he is something special who could and probably will surprise! Also, we have Goodwin as an option, who is a very experienced and versatile player at either FB, centres or wing, Gagai should be an interchange, he hasn’t been that impressive over the years. As far as Goodwin is concerned, he is still one of the most consistent football players that we’ve had and got at the Bunnies, which was very apparent when he played with the Maori side (on the wing and scored) which beat that so called ‘crash hot’ All Stars side.

IMO, the Bunnies should not be playing games in the forwards, maybe 1 to 2 tackles and then Cook/Reynold and Walker should be feeding it out wide, where we’ve got all the speed and talent to score tries and win games, that is our strength and that is the only way that the Bunnies will get anywhere in 2020!

Latrell Mitchell may return to centres

😂 you got me crispy, anyway, the roar always gives it to us so what’s the difference? “Win or Lose” its always the same lol nah, the Bunnies were absolutely average and poor! I’m very disappointed and the way that they are panning out, they wont make the 8! It was a complete and utter mess the whole way through, dropped ball, poor options and players getting in each others way. just looked so amateurish and poor, even though the Broncs went that crash hot!

Latrell Mitchell may return to centres

Gould has done that all the time against Souths! Gould who was an x Bunnies is a shocker and absolutely disgraceful as far as a commentator is concerned! Every game that the Bunnies play, all this clown does is criticise and run down the Bunnies, nothing unusual as he’s done that always! Anyway, it is what it is as the Bunnies had a shocker and were certainly not impressive and have allot of work to do, the Bunnies were even worse then the Dogs on Thursday night, dropping the pill, getting in each others way, making bad options, it was just a mess the whole game and they were lucky to end up as close as they were. Hopefully they come good!

Latrell Mitchell may return to centres

hat’s the key to the Dogs future “Nick Meaney to fullback and Watene-Zelezniak to centre with Will Hopoate at centre also” which will spark something in attack, Hopoate is wasted at FB when you have such a talented player like Meaney, who can bring the ball back and has allot of skills under the high ball also! For me, Reimis Smith is not a centre (he’s at best a winger) as he made far too many mistakes which lost the game for the Dogs! The Dogs dropped the ball far too often and Lewis was good but took too many bad options, especially his passing, which contributed to a few dropped balls whenever the Dogs looked like doing something in attack.

Dogs to stick with Lewis in the halves
