I really hate these sort of articles, blame the coach for the team lack of performance!!! Really gets up my goat. The cowboys are in a transition stage, it happens with every team (even the Storm) their is little concern with how Green is coaching the players, its the players themselves and dont forget players leaving the club. The Cowboys dont have a decent fullback (but don’t worry once Holmes bites the dust in the NFL he’ll be in Cowboys gear next year) that problem will solve itself. Coen Hess is a perfect example of the flash in the pan and the players have to take responsibility for their performance. The losing of Thurston is really showing just how much they relied on him but again they made it to the 2017 grand final without him so they proved that they can go without him, so once again it comes down to the players. Plus I would like know who the author thinks should replace Green.

This is like the WWE Movie franchise “The Marine” The first one was a barely passable and borderline unsuccesful movie staring John Cena (similar to Hayne’s NFL transition) big media coverage yet not a great success. And the straight to DVD sequel starring that Miz clown, is like Holmes, no one is going to care about it.

THE ufc didn’t think this one through. Going up against the NRL grand final when the Storm will most likely be in the grand final, not smart business. I think that this PPV will fall flat on its arse. Whittaker will get sick again and pullout and it will be a disaster. Hope they have a decent backup plan. Plus Australia v NZ( well not really it’s Nz v Africa) should of been on Anzac Day. Let’s just hope this happens

Excellent point Adam, they is an entire generation of fans who only know about the bears for thier parents, having said that the Bears, Reds (Perth) Rams (Adelaide) all died before 2000. Why the Reds died I’ll never know, they had decent crowds and money in the bank. Perth is a must, but exactly how do you measure the dogs as a big club, Hasler destroyed the place inside out and I think (exactly hope) that it’s a permanent scar that will never heal.
