I understand your point, but what happened with Jackson and Harden doesn’t happen with every team and every bench player that leaves or gets traded and receives more minutes. It’s not guaranteed that they’ll improve, I was just making statements about the apparent pattern with this particular team being the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Kevin Durant and Westbrook have different cases since they aren’t bench players, but i believe that if one of them leaves OKC they’ll have a better chance at winning a championship whereas with the Harden, Jackson, and Lamb, them leaving would have signified more playing time and better opportunity.
Are the OKC Thunder a stepping stone to brighter opportunities?
My point wasn’t that OKC could have kept all of them under their salary cap, it was just to state that once these players left Oklahoma City they have statistically become better players and have futures for better careers. I predict the trend will continue if either Durant or Westbrook leave the team.

Johnny in LA would be interesting with his partying, and in front of the camera personality; however, Jerry Jones would have his back in Dallas and he have chances to start with Romo always injured.
I wouldn’t see Chip Kelly enjoying either of their take off and run mentalities, just as Michael Vick wasn’t his starter after a while preferring to use pocket-passer Nick Foles.
Cleveland's 'Money' Manziel experiment is almost over
RGIII would be a good option if he doesn’t get snagged by the Cowboys first

Thanks for the comment, and the man you’re thinking of is Kristaps Porzingis. He is indeed very comparable to Dirk with his jumpshot and tall stature. He definitely has the potential to be more than what Dirk was because of his ability to rebound and his highlight reel athleticism.

The Bills' excellent free agency adventure
Thank you for the constructive criticism, its greatly appreciated ill do better next time
The Bills' excellent free agency adventure
Definitely, Brady and the Patriots find a way year in and year out to top the division but the Bills time will come sooner than later with Rex Ryan coaching Tyrod Taylor throwing, and LeSean McCoy running. Their defense is developing too, I feel they have a chance in a season or two they’ll make some real noise.

It’s up to the individual if they are willing to take the risks of future injury and brain damage, they know what they are signing up for when they chose football; one of the more violent sports.
