Totally agree. If United can put quality crosses into the box, I fancy cavani over anyone in that squad to put them away. Martial’s days are numbered I fear, lacks energy in his play. A talent no question, but you need more than that.

I’m not sure exactly what you mean. But the stakes are higher for Man United right now. They are a few players away from being competitive for the next 5 years. This is what makes Pogba an all costs player for United, they need to keep all the quality they can on the books.

I agree. But I think finding, then actually completing the signing of a quality replacement in the market isn’t as easy as one would think. United must hold on to Pogba, then try to find someone better who may at the very least give him some competition. Mata and Matic will be gone in the summer so cannot afford to lose many more.
