We are two matches into the group stages of both the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League, and we can begin to envisage how clubs are performing.
Approximately one week after the proposed Project Big Picture was unanimously rejected by Premier League clubs, fresh rumours have emerged of a FIFA-backed European Premier League, which was originally suggested back in 2018.
Lionel Messi handing in his transfer request from Barcelona is perhaps one of the biggest stories in world football to date.
From teams having to relocate out of their state, to the fixture becoming denser, it is undoubtedly the toughest season in the modern era.
His contract ends on June of 2021. I would give him a 99% chance of leaving for free. It’s inevitable.
Who can replace Lionel Messi at Barcelona?
As of now yes. The last paragraph also says “or season 2021/22”, when he will most likely leave.

This one, I find a little tricky. Because the umpires will never be able to restrict the amount of players at a stoppage, if that was a rule it would be ludicrous. I agree that the coaches could play a part in this also, however I figured that having a better chance of clearing the ball would be allowing a third-man-up.

That’s the primary problem, I believe. The umpires all have different views on what is prior opportunity or not. It will always be inconsistent if the decision is subjective.

I’ve thought about this one before, and it’s one that makes sense. It would save the hassle of a score review. Only good thing about it (which may not effect the game), is that it keeps our game unique.

Messi was always apart of Koeman’s plans and nothing changed. He says he will continue to do a job for Barca and you have to take his word for it.
The thing I find strange is that he remains captain. If he wants to send the team in the right direction, he should pass it off for this season IMO.
