The story has now been updated following advice from the vendors that it is not confirmed as a No.8 jersey.
Bring it home: Incredible piece of Australian rugby history that RA should fight to secure
Not sure he’s said anything different to what any other coach would in the same situation. I think that if he has a clause in his contract allowing him to leave for the Wallabies and the offer is right then I’d be surprised if he rejected it.
'Energy and excitement' - McKellar ready for next challenge as England legend hails 'terrific' Aussie
Good eye, Iron Fist. Son is equal leader in most offsides this season with 9 along with Taiwo Awoniyi of Forest. Nicolas Jackson has 8 and there are 12 players on 7.

Exactly. It’s nonsense to think that a big time ambitious career coach would prefer an NPC job on a fraction of the money of a Wallabies gig because “why would they want to?”

How McLennan departure could help Wallabies land ex-Ireland, All Blacks coach as Eddie's replacement
Oh gawd, here we go again. It’s sitting on site between two cricket stories – one about a game last night and one about the coach who won the world cup a few days ago. And Lyon spoke last night.
Must be cricket season, the moaning has begun.
(And interestingly you haven’t bothered to engage on either of the Andrew McDonald or Josh Inglish stories)
'Load of s--t': Lyon unloads on Bazball, Bairstow and those Lord's louts
Ultimately the coach will be a person with a personality no matter what structures are in place. And as the story says they want a high performance director responsible for those structures (and the coach selection) in place first. But also it can’t be a long winded process – they want it wrapped up in 12 weeks.

No I was replying to Rabbitz who was looking for an end date to the Hamish drama stories. Just pointing out story cycles tend to end when the people stop talking and/or the interest disappears and there are no more comments or reads.

COMMENT: 'Best interests of the game'? Hamish's dummy spit proves RA was right to cut him loose
Dan, you accused Christy of making up NZR opposition to Hamish the other day. I can only tell you that you are being very naive. It’s real and they are celebrating and Mark Reason’s comments are a fair reflection of what we already knew.
I can only make this point and while NZR won’t publicly address it you cn have your own opinion I guess.
But our reporting is solid.
COMMENT: 'Best interests of the game'? Hamish's dummy spit proves RA was right to cut him loose
No endorsement at all. The Roar is an opinion site and doesn’t have an official editorial position on which teams should be cut, or even if any teams should be cut. The use of it was to demonstrate that NZR wanted Hamish gone, and the reasons why they wanted him gone. I understand the scepticism towards Mark Reason, but my feeling is that he perfectly summed up the NZR position in those comments. Hope this helps.
