No. Langer, Sterling, Mortimer, Thurston or Stuart all in front of Cronk (as good as he is). That’s only half backs, they’d be easily a couple of dozen players across the park further up the immortal queue. Although that’s just my barstool opinion based on zero NRL games played….

The burning question: Is Cooper Cronk an Immortal?

Part 2.
Section 1.
Paragraph 1.3
Paragraph 1.7

But I’m sure you’re well versed in this prior to asking….

Israel Folau has been unfairly hounded out of Australian rugby

Spiro (my apologies)

Israel Folau has been unfairly hounded out of Australian rugby

The ICC have no real control over the pitches and for a host country to directly specify what type of pitch they want would be considered cheating these days. Pitches are generally a reflection of the a country’s climate. The larger the country geographically the more the pitch variation.

Uber-flat English pitches would mar World Cup

So what you’re really saying here Spiros is the RA code of conduct shouldn’t apply to Israel Folau? It should apply to everyone else but not Izzy?

Israel Folau has been unfairly hounded out of Australian rugby

If the Bunnies stay healthy they’ll be hard to beat but without the depth of the Chooks they’ll struggle if injury strikes. Chooks and their accountant should get the chocolates though….

The 2019 premiers: the Roosters, Rabbitohs or Storm

NZ on their day will beat anyone who don’t bring their “A”game. Every cricket fan (Australian) in 2015 was as nervous as a gypsy with a mortgage during final week and if it weren’t for NZ playing on a such a large ground for the first time in the tournament coupled our bowlers having their best day out ever NZ may well be heading into this tournament as defending champions. I doubt my team will figure in the semi finals but I’d not be surprised to see NZ v India in the last game. Once you’re at the dance anything can happen….

Is NZ's World Cup success a myth?

In the 90’s I worked for a business that was involved in rugby and a couple of Wallaby props worked their on a casual basis (early 90’s) before they came good and didn’t need the extra income. Lovely blokes, insanely tough and just the right amount of crazy.

Why the Wallabies' props are no longer in a bind

You’re right I reckon. It’s more about homophobes blaming anyone other than Israel Folau for his hate speech.

Get Israel Folau and Alan Joyce across the table

Just so I understand you correctly you’re saying if Allan Joyce wasn’t running Qantas then they’d be all for homophobic hate speech?

Get Israel Folau and Alan Joyce across the table

Whilst I disagree (respectfully) I do see your point.

Get Israel Folau and Alan Joyce across the table

It’s about protecting the company’s brand and getting what they paid for. Again, I’m confused on why people are teeing off at Qantas here. Nobody has said a word about Asics or Landrover. Then again their respective CEO’s may not be gay….

Get Israel Folau and Alan Joyce across the table

Constructors championship done and dusted already but the driver’s is still to be decided between Hamilton and Bottas. Most likely Hamilton but we shall see in a few more races. Riveting tuff!

Is the championship already over?

Tongue in cheek accusation…

Five weeks to go: The Super Rugby run home

A CEO doesn’t need nor seek shareholder permission on business strategy. At most the board will get involved but a CEO has a clear mandate to make money (within the laws of the land) and she or he will generally provide the strategy to achieve what the board wants. Although it’s unusual that one CEO amongst hundreds, maybe thousands who’s businesses fully support SSM seems to be getting shade. I wonder why some people feel the need to do this….

Check a movie called Spotlight.

Get Israel Folau and Alan Joyce across the table

Sounds like more of the same for Tahs fans. Players taking cash under false pretences and blaming the refs for their weak performances….

Five weeks to go: The Super Rugby run home

Did the NRL not just get a couple of billion dollars from the TV networks?

Australian rugby league has gone into election mode

Most commentators seem to get this right. Perhaps they seek out the correct pronunciation via the club or the player themselves. Surely that’s not too much to ask!

Just say his name right, BT

They have a plan?

The Wallabies’ plan for the World Cup

I was hoping last night Kimi may have been the dark horse for a podium but it seems we may be set for a very consistent year as far as winners. Mercedes should have bot drivers on the podium every race barring mechanical failure or driver error. FYI check out last years Pikes Peak Climb if you want to see some very cool electric car action from Volkswagen.

Bottas brilliant in Barcelona qualifying

But what a great days cricket it would be sitting in the stand sipping a cold one and watching a batsman dismantle this attack. My pick would be an inform Brain Lara…

The greatest Test match fast bowlers over the last 50 years

A very valid point and probably a reason to lean towards SKW instead.

The greatest Test match fast bowlers over the last 50 years

Tahs didn’t play well enough to blame the ref, he didn’t miss tackles and drop balls.

Waratahs pinged off the park by referee Egon Seconds

My team are far from honest, like every other team in the NRL they’ve been caught cheating the salary cap. Did them no good, no premierships in three decades…

Take the money and run, Latrell
