If they did keep statistics he’d be not at the top. That special spot is reserved in perpetuity for Barry Gomersall.
Refs not the riff-raff some critics claim - human error means there'll always be dud calls but standards have never been higher
Apparently far worse that chowing down on an opponent’s forearm as well.
NRL judiciary dishes out ELEVEN matches in bans as JWH, Horsburgh pay heavy price for foul play
Refs generally deserve defending as they are humans an humans are not perfect. Is it a coincidence though that everytime they need defedning it’s because of the decisions of one official?

As silly as JWH is I still fail to see how it’s 7 times worse tha Latrell Mitchell’s dog shot to the back of an opponents head (with his elbow).

Tonight could be the best test cricket I’ve seen in fifty years. Or not, but I’m writing off Tuesday in preparation for good things….
They couldn't... could they? Khawaja-Warner century stand on rained-out fourth day gives Aussies a chance
Warner 5.5 but the Hoff only gets a 6 for bagging a Michelle?
Harsh!
Every player rated from the fourth Ashes Test: Was this captain Pat's worst game ever?
We are paying the penalty for flippant selections and England have genuinely turned their series around with some retty good cricket. Weather is our only hope here….
Zak attack: Crawley clobbers century as 'sloppy' Aussies pray for rain to save Manchester massacre
Sorry mate, didn’t mean to trigger you. Have a great weekend….
Round 21 Team Lists Late Mail: Radley ruled out for Roosters, Latrell misses Broncos clash, Origin stars cop hefty bans,
Oh I’m more than happy to get rid of the technology and go back to tolerating (and more than often embracing) human error. Game was much better back then…

To be fair DW has been the most cinsistant batsmen in the team for a long while now.
Ashes Scout: 'I feel like I'm in great touch' - Warner denies Broad's in his head, England prepared to get even funkier
It does seem alot of coin for an athletics carnival.
RIP, Commonwealth Games: a relic of an Imperial past no longer relevant on the global sporting landscape
A very fair comment BG but I still feel the NRL have persisted with ifferent outcomes to the same or similar events that they probably have well more than double standards i we actually counted them. A bit like blowing a penalty when a player is offside. It’s fair and in the rules but you mut blow them everytime not just whne it suits. And they do have at least four sets of eyes watching these days….

If “whining” bothers you so much perhap just a complete blnket ban on criticism of any kind would suffice.

The weather report suggests none of this will matter.
Aussies adopt defensive mindset after making changes for fourth Test - but Warner gets stay of execution
Interesting the double standards on Sunday. RCG and Sivo sinbinned but Tino got a penalty and a gold pass only for the MRC to dish out similar suspensions to all three. I’m guessing Graham Annesley will hve little to no trouble defending the standards, as usual.

Send offs are fine as lkong as they are consistent with both side (they ref on Sunday wasnt).
NRL News: Annesley admits Titans dudded by ref blunder, Tigers block out civil war, refreshed Teddy can save Roosters' season
Refs missed plenty of offsides in the Eels v Titans game. I assume it’s too difficult to catch everyone so they only get the ones they actually see. Both sides were doing it, for Annesley to focus on one incident is a little odd.

Own goal scribe….
COMMENT: Cummins failed the moral test and tarnished these Ashes. He had the chance to be a legend and blew it
I realise the two Kiwis running the show over there aren’t the sharpest knives in the draw but surely a man elected to run the joint is smart enough to see hypocrisy when it sticks it’s nasty head up and bites him on the ass?

Did the Pudgy Ginge not try the same thing the day before on Marnus? Are the Pumkin Scone media just angry because Carey is a better at it or are they just angry all the time?
UK View: 'He didn't look like a leader. He looked pathetic' - Cummins caned but Poms also skewer 'dozy' Bairstow
It appears the “Home of Cricket” has become a club house for simple minded chavs who turn up for booze and abuse. Don’t the soap dodgers have soccer for that?
'I wasn't just going to stand by and cop it': Khawaja fumes over Lord's abuse as MCC suspends loud-mouthed members
A bloke that had advance warning of a team mate involved in some ld fashioned match fixing and turned a blind eye (as captain). Reckon the Aussies probably weren’t drinking with him anyway.
Aussies 2-0 up despite sensational Stokes ton as Lord's erupts over run out controversy, cheating accusations
Carey threw the ball as soon as he caught it, batsman left his crease prior to the over being called thus out stumped. As usual one team hides behind the laws one day and complains they don’t suit them the next. I think that’s called hypocrasy….

So why did they not appeal prior to the next ball being bowled?
