Lab has been found out by international teams. Has averaged only 39 with Cummins as captain. He needs to turn it around. Head is feast or famine but is still young enough to hang around. Green should focus on his batting and be encouraged to bowl part time at most. Marsh won’t be consistent and should be the primary bowling all rounder. Carey was solid this summer but his replacement should be in the wings and ready. Pierson or Inglis should be doing all they can. The team has a long tail which is a problem. It’d be nice for one of the main bowlers to be a consistent bat. This is an old team with not many replacements for the great players ready to take over.

He’s absolutely right. The appropriate stance would be to go on strike and cancel the test until the traditional owners are consulted on this issue. It’s their land. It’s their choice.
