Yankees manager rips rookie umpire to shreds in an all-time rant
New York Yankees manager, Aaron Boone, has been captured absolutely ripping into rookie home plate umpire Brennan Miller during his side’s final game against the Tampa Bay Rays in their four-game series.
After Yankees’ Brett Gardner was controversially called ‘out’ during the second innings, Boone came face-to-face with Miller on the pitch and launched into an epic tirade. Unsurprisingly, Boone was ejected from the grounds while Gardner did his best to vandalise the dug-out.
Even without Boone there to bark orders, the New York Yankees still ran out 5-1 winners.
