Steven Peterson got back on the winner’s list in devastating style at UFC Mexico.
The 29-year-old American bounced back after consecutive decision defeats earlier this year with a second-round knock out victory over Martin Bravo.
While Bravo spun but couldn’t land a worthwhile blow with his right elbow, Peterson immediately returned the favour and importantly, with devastating impact as he struck his opponent on the jaw to knock him out cold.
Yet unfortunately after Bravo fell to the floor, Peterson couldn’t stop himself from throwing another strike to his rival’s head before referee Herb Dean could intervene.
The victory is Peterson’s 18th from 27 professional fights.
