The Perth Scorchers represent the state of Western Australia in the Big Bash League, and have easily been the competition’s most successful side to date.
The Scorchers have signed a bevy of English international players to prevent them from missing out on the finals for a third consecutive season. Most notably, English opening batsman Jason Roy will attempt to vault Perth back into contention. He will be joined by New Zealand opener Colin Munro to start the batting.
Perth will be relying on Liam Livingstone and Mitch Marsh to put on impressive batting displays once again and get the winningest side in BBL history back to the big dance.
