The Perth Scorchers represent the state of Western Australia in the Big Bash League, and have easily been the competition’s most successful side to date.

The Scorchers pursued international talent aggressively as they looked to make amends from a sub-par season coming into BBL|10.

It mostly paid off, with the Perth side returning to the top form they’d been best known for throughout BBL history and finishing second on the ladder – although they were ultimately defeated by the Sixers in the final.
