In a week where sport has taken something of a back seat, the coronavirus pandemic has had an impact on today’s game, with fans to be locked out of the match and the series.
Nonetheless, the match will go ahead, providing Australia an opportunity to bounce back from their 3-0 series drubbing at the hands of South Africa.
Back on home soil, Aaron Finch’s men will fancy themselves against a New Zealand side they comprehensively trounced earlier in the summer, albeit in the longest form of the game.
