Don't think the issue is him so much but Joe Root and England's use of him.
He is a "shock" bowler, not a "stock" bowler.
He is a real talent and let's hope for the sake of world cricket that England learns to use him in the right manner.

Figures in matches played 2/59, 3/32, 6/45, 2/40, 0/97, 3/45, 6/62, 0/66 and now 0/84 against NZ. Yes no wickets, but bowled the most overs in this game @ economy rate of under 3, against a NZ side rated 2nd in the world. Watling & Grandhomme put on a great partnership. His overall record is 22 wickets @ an average of 22.09 & economy of 2.86. I am sure 99% of world bowlers would love those figures. Yes take notice of press speculation if you like, it is all bs.
