Regardless of the score, knocking over a Test cricketer is always cause for celebration for any bowler.
So we can forgive Richmond City’s (and Fox Sports reporter) Drew Jones’ excitement after trapping former Sri Lankan opener, and 16-time Test centurion, Tillakaratne Dilshan LBW… even with the score at an eye-watering 1/258.
Dilshan was playing for Mulgrave in A Turf, or Division 3, of Victoria’s Eastern Cricket Association.
Jones did see the funny side of his reaction, with this tweet later in the week.
