Cricket Australia director Mark Taylor has disputed former chairman of selectors Rod Marsh’s claims about a toxic win at-all-costs mentality being prevalent within the game’s national body.
As much as i respect Mark Taylor I find hard to accept his excuses about what has occurred with the mentality encouraged over a long period of time. The players had crossed the line with unsportman like sledging for a long time. The ball tampering was just another horrendous step to cheat where possible to gain an advantage and achieve a result.
