Tasmanian allrounder subbed out of Shield match after delayed concussion from a helmet blow

Lawrence Neil-Smith was struck on the helmet by a Lance Morris delivery while compiling a team-high 60 for Tasmania. While he passed on-field tests, he failed his examination the next morning and was replaced by Riley Meredith.
