WATCH: PM blasted for 'shameless' actions at Bathurst 1000
Prime Minister Scott Morrison got himself up close and personal with the action at Mount Panorama – even getting a run in the safety car for a circuit of the famous track.
People certainly haven’t taken it well.
Less than a year ago Scott Morrison said: "I think a bit more focus on cricket, and a bit less focus on politics would be my message to Cricket Australia."
