The Kookaburras are back in an Olympic final after defeating Germany 3-1 at the Tokyo Olympics.
After the disappointment of the Hockeyroos being bundled out of the quarter-finals it was just what Australian hockey needed.
The Australian side scored the first two goals and despite Germany hitting back, the Aussies held their nerve.
Goalkeeper Andrew Charter was again superb to only conceded one goal in the game despite numerous German chances.
The Kookaburras will play for the gold medal against Belgium on Thursday night.
