Coming off a shock loss to the Tigers and amid a three-game losing streak, things are beginning to fall apart for the Dragons. However, given their strong 4-1 start to the season, there’s still plenty of time for them to escape the mire.
A clash with the last-placed Bulldogs looms as an ideal chance for Anthony Griffin to recover the magic, though they’ll have to do it without the injured Zac Lomax (dislocated thumb) and Cody Ramsey (ribs).
The Bulldogs came crashing back to earth following their first win of the season against the Sharks, outclassed by the Eels 32-10 to leave them rooted at the foot of the ladder.
Minus Dylan Napa through a shoulder injury, the Dogs look set to ring the changes around the field, with Dallin Watene-Zelezniak shifting to his customary position at fullback.
The Dogs have won seven of their past nine games at Kogarah, though making it eight from ten will be easier said than done.
