The St George Illawarra Dragons will look to steal a win against a second-string Melbourne Storm side at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium. Join The Roar for live scores from 4:05pm (AEST).
It’s been a miserable 2020 for the Dragons and their fans can’t wait for it to end. However, they could finish the year on a high if they can sneak in an upset against a Storm team who are resting plenty of stars. The Dragons, who’ve lost four straight, could rocket from 13th all the way to tenth with a win and favourable results elsewhere.
Melbourne, on other hand, have locked up second place on the ladder and cannot rise or fall – so they’ve elected to rest a host of stars. It’s been another excellent season for the Storm, they’ve lost just three times all year and come into the final home-and-away match on a four-game winning streak.
The Storm got up by just two points in last year’s only meeting. Melbourne enjoy an excellent record against St George Illawarra, winning six of the last meetings.
