No doubt Glenn Lazarus achieved a lot as a player. Won 5 premierships with three clubs (inaugural premiership for all three clubs. Coaching wise, Lazarus achieved very little.
But at least Seibold was never Clive Palmer's hand puppet, Lazarus was, Dish-head Dowling has put his hands up (or Clive Palmer's anyway) for the role.
