Maguire has got one hell of a job changing not only the mediocre roster but the entire structure of the club. Root and branch reform is desperately needed as they've been rebuilding for nearly 8 years and have seemingly got nowhere as the results indicate. The same unprofessional crap that Tim Sheens tolerated is still happening. You have to wonder if the players even care they are a laughing stock.
