Hudson Young speaks after copping eight-week suspension for eye gouge
Canberra Raiders youngster Hudson Young will miss the NRL finals and the start of the 2020 season after being handed an eight-week suspension by the league judiciary for an eye gouge on Warrior Adam Pompey. It follows an almost identical incident in Round 12, when Young was suspended for making dangerous contact with Bulldogs prop Aiden Tolman’s eyes. While disappointed by the decision, Young says he will learn from the incident.
