It's about conforming and getting the blokes attention & focus . It's about team and it always has been with Wayne. Rob I am just a tad older than Wayne & I understand exactly where he is coming from.
He does a wonderful job mentoring players at just about every club he has coached at, with the exception of Newcastle where he may have been a little sidetracked. :unhappy:

Really don't understand why he cares so much about a haircut. If the blokes playing well who cares what he looks like.
