The Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks have confirmed John Morris as their coach for the next three years, with the 300-game veteran already setting the bar high for the season ahead.

The Sharks won't be finishing in the top 4 IMO and if things go pear shaped in the shire after the fallout of Flanagan and the salary cap scandal the Sharks could even miss the top 8.
