Both the Melbourne Rising and Brisbane City are on the edge of the top four and will be looking to push their case when the sides meet in Melbourne. Join The Roar for live scores from 1:30pm (AEST).
This match will be an opportunity for two inconsistent teams to grab a win and try to build a run towards the finals, which are now just a month away.
The Rising picked up their first win last start with a thumping victory over the New South Wales Country Eagles, with the match seeing them run up 62 points. Brisbane City put on a similarly good display over the Sydney Rays, winning 61-40 in their first victory of the season.
The Brisbane defence still had problems though, and it’s something Melbourne will look to exploit in what should be a high-scoring encounter.
Join The Roar for live scores from 1:30pm (AEST).

Went to game today. Congrads to both teams for putting on a great display of professional rugby. Cooper still very good, and thanks for signings and selfies afterwards. Hunt solid, Ruru good, Rising 10 (think Archie King?, no programmes provided) one to watch. All in all, great to watch good rugby again.
