South Africa are in the driving for a spot in the final eight if they can snare a bonus-point win over Canada. Join The Roar for live scores and commentary, from 9:15pm (AEDT).

The only thing that could stop the Springboks from qualifying is Italy upsetting New Zealand – and that is about as likely as the moon exploding.

South Africa went down to the All Blacks in their World Cup opener but have since bounced back with comfortable wins over Namibia and Italy.

Springboks coach Rassie Erasmus has made 13 changes to the team that beat Italy on Friday.

With a short turnaround, Erasmus needs to keep his big guns fresh with the quarter-finals ahead.

Damian Willemse will start for South Africa against Canada on Tuesday, less than a week after landing in Japan as a late injury replacement for Jesse Kriel.

Damian de Allende and captain Siya Kolisi are the only two who played against the Azzurri that will start against Canada.

Francois Steyn comes into the centres, Elton Jantjies at fy-half and Schalk Brits into the forward back. The likes of Peter Steph Du Toit, Willie Le Roux and Eben Etzebeth have all been named on the bench.

Canada fullback Andrew Coe, who scored their only try against Italy, will make his first World Cup start.

Coe is one of six changes to the Canadian side, including a first tournament appearance for lock Kyle Baillie.

Prediction
This is going to be one-sided, sadly.

South Africa by 45 points
