The Western Force face the Hurricanes in a crucial Super Rugby match in Perth. Join The Roar for live scores from 10pm AEST.

The Force gave themselves every chance of making the finals in eighth with a bonus point garnering victory over Moana Pasifika on Tuesday night. A win coupled by a Highlanders loss to the Rebels will mean a fourth Australian team into the top eight.

Starting at scrum-half, Ian Prior has been selected as run-on captain in his historic 100th appearance for the Force.

Prior becomes just the third Force player to earn 100 caps with Matt Hodgson (140) and Pekahou Cowan (137) the only two ahead of him.

The Hurricanes will have a rather depleted side with coach Jason Holland deciding to make 11 changes to his team including resting Jordie Barrett with the flu.

Ardie Savea is back and will start on the bench.

“It’s been a crazy few weeks with flu going through our camp and we have some boys that couldn’t travel. We have built some excellent depth and have an exciting 23 for Saturday night in Perth,” Holland said.
