England and Scotland internationals turned pop group sing 'Swing low, sweet chariot' on X-Factor

Singing goes hand-in-hand with rugby, so if anything, why we don’t see more of this is a mystery.

Ben Foden, who had 34 caps for England, Thom Evans, who made 10 appearances for Scotland and former Bath winger Levi Davis, are currently making waves on the UK’s edition of ‘The X Factor’ as a trio known as ‘Try Star’.

And with the World Cup heading to South Africa, they performed England’s favourite rugby anthem, ‘Swing Low, Sweet Chariot’, presumably to lift the spirits of a disappointed nation.

Whether it has that effect… remains to be seen though.
