We played a lot better than last week. But not great. Attitude was absolutely right in terms of pride and competing for the ball. But we were basically scared of running at the much bigger and stronger French at times.
France were pretty poor, 60 seconds to go, 3 points down, they wasted 30 seconds strolling to the line out, then they dropped the ball at the back of the maul.
They didn't take this game or the result as seriously as we did it seems.
