'Things will be dire' if Brumbies can't get bigger crowds: Dan McKellar
Brumbies coach Dan McKellar has called on fans to show their support for his side after the 22-10 victory over the Bulls.
Just 6311 spectators visited Canberra Stadium to watch the Australian conference-leading Brumbies and their fifth win from their last six matches.
McKellar says the situation “will be dire” unless the Brumbies can start to produce bigger crowds again.
The comments come just days after McKellar called on Rugby Australia to try and bring at least part of live Super Rugby back to free-to-air television.
