Vision emerges of Springbok coach's epic World Cup speech
Springboks coach Rassie Erasmus has posted some of the messages he conveyed to his team at the Rugby World Cup.
Erasmus talked about the important pillars in being a Springbok and warned players that the toughest obstacle to overcome was one of entitlement.
Erasmus said that it would form the basis of his team selection and any player who was entitled would not make his side.
In an Australian context, it was essentially a ‘no dickheads’ policy and Erasmus admitted he was guilty of being one during his career.
