Show Preview

The final round of A-League action before the finals kicks off with Adelaide United looking to seal their spot against Western Sydney Wanders. Follow along here on The Roar with live scores from 7:35pm (AEST).

Adelaide head into their final home-and-away match with it all to play for. Victory would see them rise all the way up to third, though they’d need the Brisbane Roar, Central Coast Mariners and Macarthur FC to all lose their respective matches to keep it.

Captain Tomi Juric is a welcome return from injury, though the suspended Jordan Elsey misses out to leave the defence looking vulnerable. United conceded four goals in a thumping loss to Sydney FC in their last match, and haven’t strung together consecutive wins since March.

Despite a gutsy 2-0 win over the in-form Roar on Sunday, the Wanderers’ finals hopes are officially over. They’ll just be playing for pride in this one.
