The Central Coast Mariners host Adelaide United in Gosford as both teams look to build momentum towards the end of the season. Join The Roar for live scores and coverage from 5pm (AEDT).

Alen Stajcic’s first match as manager saw Central Coast only just held on to win last round’s drama filled F3 Derby. Adelaide meanwhile lost to league leaders Perth.

Central Coast have a few key inclusions with Aiden O’Neill and Kye Rowles returning from Olyroos duty, captain Matt Simon returning from suspension and goalkeeper Adam Pearce all coming back into the squad.

Peter Kekeris, Joe Gauci, Josh Nisbet and Lewis Miller make way.

Adelaide have their own key ins with Daniel Marguš and George Blackwood returning from the Olyroos, Ben Halloran recovering from injury and Apostolos Stamatelopoulos and Pacifique Niyongabire joining the extended squad.

Adelaide will be without import Ken Ilsø, who has been suspended after his A-sample returned positive to a banned substance.

Prediction
The Mariners haven’t won two in a row since 2017. Not sure they’ll break that trend now.
