They’re only six points adrift of a spot in the finals, but they need to turn their form around completely if they’re to have any chance of actually closing that gap.
Adelaide, on the other hand, are in fine form – having won their last four matches in a row. They enter the weekend’s play sitting third on the ladder with 19 points – but they also have a game in hand on both teams ahead of them. They defeated the Jets 2-1 just two weeks ago and will back themselves to get the job done again tonight.
