Perth Glory welcomes Adelaide United to HBF Park on Wednesday evening in Round 15 of the 2018-19 A-League season. Join The Roar for live scores and coverage from 10pm (AEDT).

Adelaide United arrive in Western Australia with renewed optimism following an impressive victory over the Western Sydney Wanderers on Friday night.

Craig Goodwin was the star of the match with a goal and an assist to his name. The South Australian will be looking to keep that form going against the league leaders.

United’s squad is a little stretched for this game with Lachlan Brook on the treatment table and Michael Jakobsen suspended.

Perth look in better shape, but will be without defender Tom Mrcela due to a thigh injury and Chris Ikonomidis is still away on international duty.

Glory do have a lucky charm in their ranks for this fixture. Striker Andy Keogh has six goals in his last seven games against the Reds. I’m sure the Irish number nine has made his manager aware of that at training this week.

Prediction
Glory did everything but score against Melbourne City in Round 14. If Tony Popovic’s team can break the deadlock early and get the home crowd rocking for the umpteenth time this season, then it could be a tough night for the Reds.
