Western Sydney Wanderers host Melbourne City for the prime time Saturday match this round. Join The Roar for live scores and coverage from 7:50pm (AEDT).

Before the international break Western Sydney fell to a strong Phoenix side away, while City took advantage of a misfiring Sydney to keep their spot in the top six.

Last time these teams met, we saw a late charge from City to nick the points back in a 4-3 thriller at Aami Park.

These teams were the hardest hit prior to the international break. Both lost three key players to the Olyroos. The Wanderers were missing Tass Mourdoukoutas, Keanu Baccus and Abraham Majok. While City went without Riley McGree, Lachie Wales and Nathaniel Atkinson. All six make their returns this weekend.

Western Sydney have elected to omit Raul Llorente and youth team players, Daniel Wilmering and Andrea Agamemnonos from the squad.

City will be without captain Scott Jamieson while he’s sidelined with a broken toe, while Rami Najjarine, Yaya Dukuly and James Delianov are the others to come out of the squad.

Prediction
Goals. Maclaren has been knocking goals in for fun for City, while Oriol Riera and Mitch Duke look to have formed a strong partnership for WSW. The result itself though, is harder to predict.
