'Dangerous as hell': Jurgen Klopp slams opponent over challenge that injured Mo Salah

Liverpool made a great escape late against Leicester City, but it may have come at a price.

While a last-gasp penalty from James Milner saw the Reds snatch a 2-1 win at home, Mo Salah was forced from the field moments before after sustaining what appeared to have been an ankle injury following a challenge from Hamza Choudhury.

Choudhury recieved a yellow card for the act.

Though Klopp says he doesn’t want to “cause the boy any problems” he described the 22-year-old’s tackle on Salah as “dangerous as hell”, adding he “doesn’t understand” how the midfielder could do it.

The extent of Salah’s injury is as of yet unknown.
