Ash Barty was again clinical in a straight sets win over American Amanda Anisimova, to reach the quarter-finals at the Australian Open for the fourth straight year.
But the Aussie ace finally erred in her post-match interview with Jim Courier, forgetting that she had already played – and beaten – quarter-final opponent Jessica Pegula in the 2019 French Open.
“There you go!” Barty laughed, much to the crowd’s delight.
