Australia have won the four-match Twenty20 international series against the West Indies and will head into the game at ANZ Stadium as favourites. Join The Roar for live coverage and commentary of the Southern Stars match from 2:30pm.
Having comfortably won the first two games, the Southern Stars left it until one ball to spare to come home against the West Indies in the third Twenty20 at the MCG on Friday night.
Set 150 for victory, the Australians reached 26 before losing their first wicket in the fourth over. Meg Lanning came to the crease to steady the ship for the following 38 runs until her partner, Elyse Villani, fell to the leg spin of Shaquana Quintyne.
The Southern Stars lost their third, fourth, fifth and sixth wickets for 104, 105, 111 and 120 runs respectively before hitting the winning runs to finish 6-150.
Skipper Meg Lanning has starred with the bat this series and will look to improve on her three-match average of 40 (51, 45*, 24) to help steer the Southern Stars to a series whitewash.
The West Indian women will have to complete a significant turnaround in form if they are to salvage some respectability.
Of course, this match will be played in the lead-up to the Australia vs South Africa game, so stick around for that afterwards as well.

The Southern Stars wrap up the series 4-0 with a comprehensive victory over a seemingly uninterested West Indian outfit. They finish on 2/111, with Elyse Villani the standout with the bat - she's blasted 59 from 45 balls. Stick around for Suneer's blog of the men's game tonight! *insert tongue-in-cheek comment about the attendances to both the game and this comment section being alarmingly similar.

FOUR! Jonassen smashes a good old-fashioned full-bunga from Mohammed over mid-wicket's head. AUS 0/78 after 10 overs. They're making short work of West indies' insufficient total.

Is it ironic that all I can hear at the moment is 'crickets' in the comment section?
