Aussie Ben Simmons has put in another high-quality performance for Louisiana State University in their match against Oral Roberts, with a stat line of 24 points, nine rebounds and seven assists.
Simmons was quiet in the first half with just four points, his performance believed to be affected by an ongoing back issue.
However, he worked through it and scored 20 of his 24 points in the second half of the match to lead LSU to a comfortable 100-76 victory.
At one point he scored 11 consecutive points for LSU, who now boast a 6-4 record this season, and six straight wins at their home court, the Pete Maravich Assembly Centre.
