Blair Walsh had a chance to steal victory in the dying seconds of the NFC Wildcard Playoff match.
But tragically, his field goal attempt was way off the mark.
The Seattle Seahawks clawed their way back from 9-0 down against the Minnesota Vikings to lead by one point with under 30 seconds to go.
But on their final drive, the home team got within 27 yards to set up a golden opportunity for their kicker.
In freezing conditions, the holder didn’t quite get the placement right and Walsh failed to adjust, hooking it wildly to the left.
The Seahawks now face the Carolina Panthers next week in the Divisional Round Playoff.
