I have always held the view that where people work should not interfere with their private lives Likewise people private lives should not interfere with their work either This is why contracts are drawn especially with people that their works rely on to promote their business Criminal offences are dealt with by the law In this case of Mitchell Pearce, it seems the NRL will need to pull out their contract and go over it with every detail Whatever the outcome they will need to satisfy the public that they are doing everything possible to fix the problem so it does not happen again at least with this player as he has been in trouble before. Certainly he should not play SOO at least this year anyway as he is representing our state of NSW which demonstrates all the good things in our game of rugby league.
