The pipe dream is obviously Mourinho!
David Moyes would be an absolute disgraceful option and this would not be met with any approval from the Everton fans.
I think Everton fans would be happy enough with De Boer or Koeman.
Moshiri has promised significant investment so with the offer of plenty of transfer funds this might help appeal to potential targets.
