Mumm has been charged with striking by the citing commissioner, who deemed the 52nd minute incident – missed by referee Nigel Owens – met the red card threshold.

The matter is to be heard by duty judicial officer Robert Stelzner.

New Zealand won the Test 37-10 at Auckland’s Eden Park on Saturday night to sweep the series 3-0.

I don't think it was intentional. True to form, he was slow and off target.

Ah, Steve and Muz. You should have smelled the Troll bait before replying to my post. The tribunal officially acknowledged that Retallick was cheating, Franks attacked a players head, this is indisputable. Penalty stats from the game where Joubert was reffing: Incorrect entry, Offside, Offside, OffSide, Off feet, Hands in the Ruck, rinse repeat. All intentional and all cynical. I present proof positive of systemic cheating and you bridge trolls give your countrymen a bad name by stooping to personal insults to deflect the truth about your McCaw inspired, grub filled, forward pack. Notable exceptions: Matt Todd, Jerome Kaino and Ardie Savia - they seem to have some ethics and my respect. They let their talent speak for itself. As a country I would be ashamed if my kids wanted to play like Ritchie McCaw a self confessed law breaker. Using his logic, it is OK to beat your wife as long as the Police don't find out about it.

The ABs never give up playing until the game is over, Wallabies ability to handle pressure (Cheika included) needs to be addressed asap to stop the Chernobyl like melt-downs that are stopping them from playing the full 80mins.. The All Blacks ability to sustain long periods of pressure allow them to give100% till the ref blows time up.. So in saying that, Cheika should be sacked for his childish behaviour apart from his inability to effectively coach a pretty good team!!

Interesting that unlike when Kane Douglas was eye gouged by franks, retallick hasn't come forward to play it down. retallick is a good player but not much of a man.

I did not suggest the AB staff have coached this kind of behaviour but now that you mention it it does make some sense and as you say the AB management would be forced to follow the protocols. Mumm will be exhonerated once his barrister argues his client couldn't knock the skin off a rice pudding and supports his position with hours of video evidence.

These comments show how delusional some of you wallaby supporters are and how far you've sunken into the rotten vortex your national side has become. Have a look at yourselves. Classy stuff really. Standing up for mummy's actions for throwing a blatant elbow, 'We was robbed by the ref'.... Again. How many games is that now? Wow you really should have won the RC, The Bledisloe, throw in the WC as well.

Retallick playing a bit of cynical rugby, copped a retaliation elbow. It's rugby.

Except that he has had to go for concussion tests and in the AB team announcement they have made contingency for the fact he may not be available for a few weeks.. unless you are one of those who thinks the AB management and coaching stafff play those sort of sorry games. Only person I know who believe that kind of rubbish would be a deadset clown....

Actually I felt Owen gave the Wallabies an armchair ride (apart from the Speight no try). There was one time when that popgun Mumm shoved Whitelock twice after the wistle. Owens then lectured Whitelock about pushing and shoving. I am surprised no one is talking about the penalty try that should have been awarded when Foley interfered with Coles from behind. This was clearly Owens giving a square-up for the Speight debacle.

Ah Timbo you're obviously some kind of c*ck relation to Phil Kearns, or is it actually in your DNA?

Steven moore 14 minutes into first test with England should be cited for striking Owen Farrall with a full right arm punch which every one has missed. Watch the game again 14 minutes in and tell me what you see. He's the captain leading by example he's a dirty player an embarresment for Australain rugby.

i think the best example of a similar thing is when Andrew Hore struck a Welsh or Irish player from the back. am sure there are videos of it in utube. :)

Spot on Beans, Cheating is in the All black Ethos, thanks to Ritchety Grub McCaw's many years at the helm. I can't understand why they do it, they are great players with great talent, and should be able to win without resorting to dirty tactics. On a positive note, we might get Fardy back. Or Pocock to 8, Timani to 6.

Retallick should have been penalised for (a) clearing out beyond the ruck, (b) interfering with a supporting player and (c) feigning injury..... Oh wait, he's an All Black so clearly Dean Mumm shouldn't have tried to shake him loose and just let yet another cynical and illegal AB tactic prevent him from playing the game without any sort of retaliation. Shame shame Dean!!
