Wallabies DIY player ratings vs Scotland: The results

By The Roar / Editor

The results are in! Yesterday we asked you to help us rate the performance of our Wallabies in their match against Scotland. We’ve crunched the numbers and have all the results below.

It probably won’t come as a shock that, in a match where Australia were spanked by Scotland in embarrassing fashion, the opinions of the crowd on the player performances weren’t overly positive.

Sean McMahon with an average rating of 6.65 and most common rating of 8 was our best on ground, but he was the only player in the side to pick up an average rating of six or higher.

More than a few players copped the wrath of the voters but in particular Sekope Kepu, Stephen Moore, Rob Simmons and Kurtley Beale were judged to have fallen well short of an acceptable performance.

Check out the full results below and let us know what you think in the comments.

AAAAAH ..Bernard Foley the protected species ...Good one Chuckles, keep the dope at 10, he will be ultimately be your downfall, but most likely 2020. Unfortunatley the Wallaby fans will continue to suffer with this delusional selection of yours .. Your Penchant for the " MELTED ICEMAN " is a clear case of blatant nepotiosm stupidity and favouritism..It`s downright scary..

No doubt things would improve if Foley wasn't on the field. The little egomaniacs principle role these days, apart from try assists for the opposition, is to take the easy conversions, to bolster his scoring stats and conversion rate. How poor is it that despite only taking the easy kicks, he was still only 2 from 4 on the weekend, and about the same the week before. Some of his misses were abysmal shanks....Foley has delegated the playmaking, has delegated the kicking for touch, his delegated his defence, gets Hodge to take any kick longer than 40m, and seems to think his main role is to sit in the pocket looking for run opportunities for himself, and to put up pop-gun kicks for the opposition to field. And some people still think he's the best option we have at 10.

A bit harsh on Beale too, but I think he's knackered after a non stop two seasons

Not a massive hooper fan but I haven't watched a game where he wouldn't be missed.

if only the red card went to someone who the wallabies wouldn't notice if he was gone... like Hooper or Foley. Anyone who voted Foley with a 6/10 needs to re-watch the game and actually keep a tally of how many times his skill execution let him and the team down. then consider how tactically inept the team was. And only then, consider the two tries he played a hand in.

Simmons worked hard and won a crucial lineout on Scotland's throw. Enever played well too.
