Yeah I chalk it up to typical umpire bias for Collingwood. But they improved in the latter stages of the game, but the 7-1 free kick count in the first quarter was a real piece of work. Hind has been really really handy, I think the Sainters wanted a pressure forward and Hind was surplus to requirements in that case. The Bombers wanted to see what he could do but now would do well to extend him for 2-3 years in my opinion. Who is Durrs?
Great call Chucka. I was totally bewildered by the second one too. Watto more than made up for this by kicking 4 stellar goals hey! He, along with '2 metre' , Hindy & Durrs have been a revelation. Great to see blokes seizing their chances after health & form issues, and WHY other clubs let the latter 2 go is absolutely beyond me.
disagree- this is an umpire kerfuffle- they didn't say stand either time and he clearly didn't intend to influence the play. Not to mention on the second one the Collingwood player had already played on and Waterman came from outside the protected area to hold things up. The umpire should be reprimanded for his ineptitude.

Durham. Been a fantastic pick up hey, along with mid season Snelling in 2019. Forster-Knight, Dodoro & recruiting team have been sensational too imo.

Rubbish! It doesn’t matter whether they’ve said stand. You can’t run up behind a player who is about to kick it from a mark or free.
