Controversial? I’m English and I have no problem with that catch. It’s similar in the NFL, the ball can touch the ground as long as you had control of it before and retain control at all times, on this occasion it was a brilliant bit of fielding, it’s just a shame that the rest of the WI’s effort was so abject.
